Since childhood, Acharya was introduced to the yogic practices which was further deepened during his Gurukul days (the ancient education system). He has completed his Masters in Yoga & Linguistics. Besides. his proficiency also lies in all types of Shastras and Vedas. Acharya has conducted in-depth research on various aspects of Yoga during his PhD.
Acharya has been teaching in different organizations and Universities from a long time and has taught thousands of students till date.

Ashmita is a 500 Hrs RYS certified Yoga Teacher & Life Coach. Her expertise expands in the teaching of traditional Yoga styles, Pranayama, Meditation, Therapy & Ayurveda. Beyond conducting regular yoga sessions, she encourages deep deliberation on various life perspectives with the background of Yoga Philosophy through workshops and masterclasses. Besides the textual knowledge, her classes witness the wisdom brought from her own life experiences.
