A 5 days journey into the 'Wild' and 'Within'

Journeying to the very core of your soul, this retreat at Tadoba invites you to embrace the wilderness outside while discovering the stillness within. Here, the raw beauty of nature meets the depth of yogic practice.

Imagine beginning your day with yoga and meditation as the golden light of dawn spills over the forest, the air alive with the calls of birds and the rustle of leaves. Step into the wild heart of Tadoba through exhilarating safaris, witnessing nature in its untamed rhythm, and then return to the mat for grounding practices of yoga, meditation, and soulful reflection.

This rare blend of mindfulness and adventure allows you to live in harmony with the wilderness, reconnect with your essence, and experience nature in its purest form—wild, free, and profoundly transformative.

What makes the Dates so special?

The Season of New Beginnings!

The Odyssey Retreat has been thoughtfully scheduled for January, a time that symbolizes new beginnings and fresh energy as we step into the new year. It is the perfect opportunity to reset intentions, align with inner balance, and embrace the year ahead with clarity and vitality. January also marks the dry season in Tadoba National Reserve, making it one of the best times for tiger sightings and wildlife exploration. This unique blend of spiritual renewal and the thrill of experiencing nature’s raw wilderness makes the retreat truly special.

A Deep Connection & Oneness with Nature

Yoga teaches us that we are not separate from the world around us but an integral part of the larger creation. Observing animals in their natural habitat reminds us of the simplicity, presence, and balance that life holds when lived in harmony with nature. Just as yoga encourages awareness, patience, and stillness, time in the wild nurtures the same qualities, allowing us to quiet the mind, expand our perspective, and experience the interconnectedness of all beings. In this way, wildlife exploration becomes not just an adventure, but also a profound extension of yogic practice and philosophy.

Balance & Harmony Within

Venturing into the forest on a safari is not merely an adventure; it is an immersion into the rhythm of nature. As you witness the rhythms of the forest and the quiet strength of wildlife, you will find reflections of your own inner journey. Through yoga and meditation, this connection deepens—helping you align body, mind, and spirit with the natural flow of life. It is an opportunity to embrace stillness, cultivate awareness, and feel truly at one with creation.

Essence of Yoga

Hours may pass in quiet anticipation before the wilderness reveals its wonders, reminding us that nature moves at its own rhythm. The rustling leaves, the distant call of birds, or the fleeting glimpse of a tiger—all unfold only when we are fully present and receptive. This mirrors the essence of a yogic life, where stillness, perseverance, and surrender are essential. Just as the forest rewards silence with its treasures, yoga reveals inner wisdom when we learn to wait, observe, and be.

Connections that nurture the Soul

Practicing yoga and meditation together in the heart of nature creates a shared energy that goes beyond words, fostering a sense of unity among participants. The shared experiences—whether it is the stillness of early morning practice, the awe of spotting wildlife on safari, or reflective discussions under the stars—encourage openness, trust, and bonding. These connections often grow into lasting friendships, becoming a reminder that our personal journeys are deeply enriched when walked alongside like-minded souls.
